Q: Is sourdough bread healthier than other types of bread?

A: Sourdough bread can be a healthier option than other types of bread because the natural fermentation process can break down some of the gluten and make the bread easier to digest. Q: What is the sourdough starter?

A: The sourdough starter is a mixture of flour and water that has been fermented over several days to create a natural yeast culture. Q: How long does it take to make sourdough bread?

A: The process of making sourdough bread can take anywhere from 12 hours to several days, depending on the recipe and the conditions in which the bread is being made.
