     Our Seeded Whole Grain Sourdough combines the rich flavors of traditional sourdough with a delightful crunch from a medley of seeds, resulting in a truly exceptional culinary experience.

What sets our Seeded Sourdough Bread apart is the generous blend of premium seeds that adorn its crust.       Our Brown Butter Porridge Sourdough Bread is made with Local Whey from York Hill Farm in Washington, Maine.

This bread is made with a brown butter porridge that is cooked with whey, which adds a touch of sweetness and tanginess to the bread, while the brown butter gives it a rich, nutty flavor. The result is a bread that is moist, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion.

We use a slow-fermentation process to develop the flavor of this bread. This allows the natural yeasts and bacteria in the sourdough starter to work their magic, creating a bread that is full of complex flavors.
